Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes all the time within the USA. If you live in another country please check with your post office on size. Our boxes approximate outside dimensions are 4.5 inches long X 4 inches wide X 2.875 inches tall.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: Is shipping free to my country?
A: Shipping is only free within the U.S.A and will be shipped standard USPS 1st class mail with USPS Tracking. See www.usps.com for more information.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: It depends upon the shipping you choose, just allow at least 3 business days to make your item. If we are running behind it can take up to 5 business days to get your order completed and shipped.
Q: How do you change the battery?
A: There is enough room and the leather cuff is pliable enough that you can pop the backplate off and get a battery inserted.
Q: My PayPal address is wrong. Can you ship elsewhere?
A: Yes, just email us prior or after you place an order with the correct address.
Q: How long untill an item is back in stock?
A: Usually 2 to 3 weeks

A: No, we are strictly an online business.

Q: Can you make a watch band for my watch face?
A: Yes, please see the custom watch bands link.
Q: My watch is running slow, what should I do?
A: Most often this is because of a dying or dead battery.
Q: Will you replace the watch face?
A: Yes we will replace the watch face as long as there are not any signs of abuse and it is within the warranty period.
Q: Are the watches water proof?
A: No they are mainly water resistant, which will protect against every day wear. You don't want to wear your leather in the water anyway!!!!
