After measuring your wrist accurately and making a purchase, please allow time for your item(s) to be made. Current production times are posted and updated on top of the website.  I'm located in the USA, so please choose appropriate shipping for your location. You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering and you will get an automatic email as soon as your item ships that will provide you with your tracking information.

If you have tracking or delivery issues, you should contact your carrier or local Post Office. There is not much that I can do once it’s in the mail, other than provide a tracking number if you do not have it.  For international packages, make sure you contact customs or your carrier in case there are any duty and/or tariff fees due to be paid before receiving your package.
